PLot is confusing coz u fight aliens in the first then now AAAH SOLDIERS

If you follow the story throughout the game you will realise why the military seems to be siding with the aliens. The storyline of this game really isn't very complicated at all. It all comes clear later on, just keep playing :) ...thanks for the 5 stars!
